Currently, to our Business Process Outsourcing Department in Krakow and Katowice we are looking for candidates for the position of:

Credit and Collections Analyst French Speaker

Job description
• Collecting payments from customers based in Belgium
• Answering e-mails/ phone calls from clients
• Daily contact with internal departments (i.e. sales, cash application, retained team) over the phone or email
• Maintaining low aged balances
• Customers query resolution
• Reporting status of outstanding positions

Candidate’s profile
• Fluent French
• Good knowledge of English
• Collections experience will be an asset
• Willing to make phone calls in French
• Ability to work during Polish holidays when required
• Customer service and communication skills
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Good PC skills (Outlook/ MS Excel) & knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
